1 Arousing Bodhicitta follow the noble eight fold path until realized with the spontaneous arising of view, and the illusion of karma’s fruit is recognized


बोधयित्वा बोधिचित्तं आर्यास्तान्गमार्गं आसेवस्व आ तधावनाद सद्र्स्त्यनाभोगम् तथा कर्मफलस्य माया परतिज्ञात 


bodhayitvā bodhicittam, ārya-ashtangamārgam āsevasva ā tad-bhāvanād saddrstyanābhogam tathā karmaphalasya māyā pratijñātā


2 Gather and celebrate the appreciation of the desire realm through non-dual awareness


विस्त्वा गनचाक्रं प्रसंस गुणग्रहणं कामधातोर अद्वयविद्यया


vistvā ganacakram, praśansa guna-grahanam kāma-dhātor advaya-vidyayā


3 Seek to find the presence of awareness in the dimension of bodily movement and postures


अन्विष्य संप्रज्ञानसन्निधिं नतनासनधातौ


anvisya samprajñāna-sannidhim natana-āsana-dhātau


4 Use breath and the instrument of the body in the union of the sun and the moon, harmonizing wisdom and compassion 


प्रयुन्क्स्व प्रानायामम् काययन्त्रम् च सूर्यचन्द्रसन्गमे प्रज्नाकरुनयोह् सन्योगभावनाय


prayunksva prānāyāmam kāya-yantram ca sūrya-candra-sangame prajñā-karunayoh sanyoga-bhāvanāya


5 Practice the yogas of calm abiding, clear seeing, non-duality and spontaneous presence


अभ्यस्य समताविपस्यनाद्वयनिराभोगयोगान्


Abhyasya śamatā-vipaśyanā-advaya-nirābhoga-yogān


6 Experience direct introduction to one’s primordially pure, open essence; spontaneously present, luminous nature; and responsive, compassionate power


साक्सात्कुरु स्वाद्यं अभ्यन्तरं शुद्धं स्वभावं 


Sāksātkuru sva-ādyam prakatam śuddham svabhāvam


7 Remain without doubt in this knowledge of the basis of all that arises


अवतिस्थास्व निस्सन्सयोस्यां विद्यायां व्युत्थानालये


Avatistasava nissanśayah asyām vidyāyām vyutthāna-ālaye


8 Having experienced view, path and fruit, continue with confidence in the state of awareness beyond conceptuality


अनुभूत्वा द्र्स्तिम् मार्गम् फलम् च, विस्वासयुक्तह् प्रवर्तस्व प्रपन्चात् परम् विद्याअवस्थायाम्


Anubhūtvā drstim mārgam phalam ca, viśvāsayuktah pravartasva prapancāt param vidyā-avasthāyām
